How to Operate

Step-by-Step Guide
Brake: Always engage the wheel brakes before lifting or loading.
Load: Place the load evenly on the center of the platform. Avoid corner loading.
Lift: Pump the foot pedal repeatedly. The hydraulic cylinder will extend, pushing the scissor legs open and raising the platform.
Transport: Disengage brakes and push the table to the desired location using the handle. Keep the load low during transport for stability.
Lower: Squeeze the release lever on the handle. The table will descend gently. Release the lever to stop the descent at any height.

Safety Precautions & Maintenance

⚠ WARNING: Pinch Points

The scissor mechanism creates severe pinch points. Keep hands and feet clear of the scissor legs while the table is moving. Never reach under the platform unless the safety maintenance bars are engaged.

Daily Checks:

Oil Leaks: Check the hydraulic cylinder for any signs of fluid leakage.
Wheel Condition: Ensure wheels roll smoothly and free of debris. Check that brakes function correctly.
Smooth Operation: The table should lift without jerking and lower at a steady rate. If it feels "spongy," the hydraulic system may need air bleeding.
