The Grade 80 Swivel Lifting Point (SLP Type) is a heavy-duty, bolt-on lifting accessory engineered to provide a highly secure and maneuverable attachment point for complex rigging operations. Designed to thread directly into the load, it significantly reduces stress on both the lifting equipment and the load itself.

  • Free Rotation: Features a built-in swivel mechanism that allows the load to rotate freely during the lift, making it ideal for loads that need to be carefully maneuvered or positioned.
  • Secure Threaded Attachment: Designed to be bolted directly into a threaded hole on heavy machinery or dies, providing a reliable and temporary lifting point.
  • Extensive Size Range: Available in a wide variety of metric thread sizes, starting from M8 and scaling up to M48 to accommodate diverse industrial requirements.
  • High Working Load Limits: Built to handle substantial weight, safely supporting Working Load Limits (WLL) ranging from 0.3 tonnes up to a massive 20 tonnes.

Product Features

  • Dual Motion Capabilities: Rotates 360° under load and pivots 180°. This flexibility ensures the lifting ring always aligns with the sling direction, preventing dangerous torque on the bolt.
  • Full Capacity at 90°: Unlike standard eye bolts that lose 70% of capacity at 90 degrees, the SLP maintains high working load limits during side loading.
  • Grade 10.9 Strength: Equipped with a high-tensile alloy steel socket head bolt (Metric thread) to ensure maximum structural integrity under heavy stress.
  • Safety Certified: Proof tested to 2.5 times the WLL. Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL, meeting strict industrial compliance standards.
