Product Features

  • Standard Duty Class 5 Manufactured with high-quality 6,800 lbs/inch webbing (Class 5), providing a safe and cost-effective solution for everyday general-purpose lifting.
  • Double Ply Durability Features double-layer construction for added strength and load stability compared to single-ply slings, making it the industry standard choice.
  • Type 3 & 4 Options
Choose Type 3 (Flat Eye) for use with basket hitches, or Type 4 (Twisted Eye) for better alignment on crane hooks in choker hitches.
  • Economical Choice The Class 5 rating offers sufficient strength for most industrial applications at a lower price point than Class 7 heavy-duty slings.
  • Reinforced Loops Eye loops are reinforced with wear pads to extend sling life by protecting against hook abrasion.
  • US Certified Fully tested and tagged to meet ASME B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 standards with a 5:1 Design Factor.

Type I (TC)

Basic Sling Type I - Triangle and Choker

Triangle & Choker Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on one end and a slotted triangle choker fitting on the other. This design allows it to be used in Vertical, Basket, or Choker hitches.

Type II (TT)

Basic Sling Type II - Triangle and Triangle

Triangle & Triangle Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on both ends. This type is suitable for Vertical or Basket hitches only (cannot be used in a choker hitch).

Type III (EE - Flat)

Basic Sling Type III - Flat Eye and Eye

Flat Eye-and-Eye: Made with a flat loop eye on each end, with the loop opening on the same plane as the sling body. Ideal for use in basket hitches, vertical hitches, or choker hitches.

Type IV (EE - Twisted)

Basic Sling Type IV - Twisted Eye

Twisted Eye: Similar to Type III, but the loop eyes are twisted to form an opening at a right angle to the sling body. This design provides a better choke hitch fit on the crane hook.

Type V (EN)

Basic Sling Type V - Endless

Endless Sling (Grommet): A continuous loop formed by joining the ends of the webbing together. It is versatile and the wear points can be adjusted by rotating the sling.

Type VI (RE)

Basic Sling Type VI - Reversed Eye

Reversed Eye (Return Eye): Formed by using multiple widths of webbing held edge-to-edge. Wear pads are attached to form loop eyes at right angles to the sling body. Extremely durable and strong.

How to Measure Web Sling Length

The length of a web sling is measured from the bearing point of one eye to the bearing point of the other eye (pull to pull).
