The H-Lift Closed Spelter Socket (WRSCS Type) is a heavy-duty wire rope termination engineered for permanent anchoring in high-stress environments. Featuring a solid eye design, this socket accepts a pin or bolt for secure attachment to fixed points or structural elements. When properly installed with molten zinc or resin, it delivers 100% of the wire rope's breaking strength, providing maximum safety and reliability for offshore platforms, bridge construction, and mining operations.
The Closed Spelter Socket (WRS-CS) is a heavy-duty cast steel termination designed for critical applications. When properly installed with molten zinc or Wirelock resin, it achieves 100% of the wire rope's breaking strength, making it the strongest end fitting available for bridges, cranes, and towing.
Delivers the full breaking strength of the wire rope. Superior to wedge sockets (~80%) or swaged sleeves (~90%) for permanent anchoring.
Features a permanent, fully enclosed eye loop that provides a secure attachment point for shackles, pins, or bolts, preventing accidental disengagement.
Compatible with both Molten Zinc and Wirelock Resin pouring methods to create a permanent, void-free cone bond.
Manufactured from high-quality Cast Steel. Available for wire ropes from 8mm to 60mm (8T to 180T capacity).
